From technical development to consultancy, Roy brings with him a vast experience in the field of Information Technology. Holding a bachelors degree in Computer Science and a MBA in IT Management, his work as a software engineer has brought him to countries like China and Korea for consultancy and training. Apart from that, Roy pioneered International Technical Trainings that hosted foreign delegates from UK, Spain, US, China & Korea. Some of his contributions in the world of Information Technology reach out to clients such as Malaysian National Reinsurance Berhad, Lembaga Getah Malaysia, RISDA, Commerce International Group Berhad and OMRON.

With his passion to reach out and make a difference to lives through information technology, he and web specialist Adam Hui co-founded Empower Lives Information TEchnology (ELITE), which today, is the I.T. arm of Empower Lives handling web designs and software consultancy.
